I feel like dying..

I've never felt such intense pain before. This is worse than Extracting four wisdom tooth. I really feel like killing myself. Nothing seems to help. Tears flowing non stop at each attack. I simply can't drink or eat anything at all.

Dear God, please take away all e pain. This is unbearable...I can't take it anymore!
